Web Design & Development covers the many skills needed to create and maintain a website. This includes, but is not limited to SEO, graphc design and content creation.
Designing a website means creating the front end of the website, that is, what users see when they visit the site. Developing a website involves the non-design aspects of website creation, ensuring the site functions as it should (i.e. forms, navigation, etc)
